HDS-250  5" MTM SPEAKER KIT

The Peerless HDS250 audiophile high definition loud speaker is designed to reproduce both music and home theatre audio in true audiophile quality. This attractive and reasonably compact speaker gives excellent long term listening, fatigue free. Crystal clear highs, pinpoint imaging, articulate tight fast bass and a wide, detailed sound stage with ultra-low distortion or harmonics. Near field monitoring for computers and DVD/TV is possible as the HDS250 uses shielded speakers. This exceptional speaker is also designed to work in both the vertical and horizontal axis due to the unique tweeter flare system with acoustic alignment for brilliantly accurate sound imaging. This makes the HDS250 ideal in DTS or Dolby digital systems in any or all of the positions (front /rear/centre). Ideally matched with our XLS1000 / XLS1002 or XLS800 subwoofers for an exceptional high-end audio system. A special version of the HDS250 has been optimised specifically as a horizontally mounted centre channel unit, see our HDS255c, below.
